Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B growth strategy targeting both Corporate Sourcing Clients and Corporate Service Providers.
- Identify industries with high demand for service providers, such as real estate, construction, and healthcare, and align Wokka’s offerings to their needs.
- Expand Wokka’s network by identifying and onboarding premium service providers and corporate clients.
- Build relationships with companies seeking reliable service providers for tasks such as maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and IT support.
- Understand corporate client requirements, including scope, budget, and timelines, and match them with suitable service providers.
- Promote Wokka’s Premium Service to sourcing clients, emphasizing benefits such as curated matches, service guarantees, and enhanced service quality.
- Identify and onboard high-performing service providers offering professional services to businesses.
- Ensure all service providers meet Wokka’s quality and compliance standards, including KYC verification and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create advertising campaigns for premium service providers on the Wokka app and through media partnerships.
- Oversee the execution of Wokka’s Premium Service for corporate service providers, including:
- Advertising their services on the Wokka platform.
- Featuring providers in campaigns with Wokka’s media partners.
- Introducing premium providers to preferred corporate clients.
- Monitor the effectiveness of premium promotions and provide feedback to optimize results.
- Develop targeted sales initiatives to acquire and retain B2B clients and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts that ensure mutual benefits for corporate clients and service providers.
- Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets for Wokka’s B2B segment, particularly for Premium Services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns tailored to B2B audiences, emphasizing the benefits of Wokka’s platform and Premium Service.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Partner with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all contracts and partnerships adhere to regulatory standards.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to B2B growth, service quality, and client satisfaction.
- Provide detailed reports to senior management on the progress of the B2B strategy, challenges faced, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in B2B sectors, preferably in Nigeria.
- Proven experience in growing B2B networks and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and partnership development strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and project management software.
