Job Summary
The company is a fully owned Nigeria Company with over 40 years of experience in industrial catering services, facility maintenance, and Manpower supply services on offshore, onshore, and remote sites. We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts in the industrial catering sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion in the industrial catering sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and building strategic partnerships with key decision-makers in the industrial catering sector.
- Drive profitability, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and partnership development.
- Ensure registration and LIVE on all tendering platforms (Nipex, IOC’s bid platforms, etc).
- Manage prospects from start to completion and spearhead technical and commercial bids.
- Generate leads and build revenue at a minimum of 30% per annum and Identify and develop unique sales methods dynamic and tailored to the Nigerian business environment.
- Develop performance excellence and customer satisfaction through full attention, alertness to customer requests, creative approach, and timely service delivery, and develop new project feasibility matrixes.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and expanding existing client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- MBA, or certification in sales and marketing will be advantageous
- 5-7 years experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the industrial catering or hospitality sector
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and business expansion
