Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and expand market presence within the religious space.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor offerings, and potential client needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Create and execute targeted lead generation strategies, leveraging online platforms, social media, and networking to attract potential clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including religious leaders, faith-based organizations, and community influencers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to create compelling sales strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and successful deal closures.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment on business goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, online webinars, and community gatherings to enhance visibility and establish credibility in the religious space.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and client engagement techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and experience in data analysis.
