Responsible for writing and structuring proposals, coordinate the bid and commercial unit, serve as a Partner Account Manager and act as support to the sales team

Job Description/Requirements

  • Day to Day Coordination of the bid and commercial unit – Response to RFPs, Quote Preparation and Technical proposal Submission
  • Partner Account Management- Develop and maintain relationships with the company technical partners
  • Forster Good Relationship with all Partners
  • Develop an appropriate strategy for each partner based on Joint account plans
  • Coordinate with partners to prioritize, plan and manage business activities.
  • Review and revise business plans based on partner needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the partner’s marketing plans and recommend improvements.
  • Work with partners in pipeline review and management activities.
  • Oversee Implementation of partner rewards and recognition programs.
  • Organize partner meetings to discuss any issues and updates.
  • Participate in business review and revenue forecasting activities.
  • Research, write original content, edit document,s, and design all business proposals in a professional and credible manner
  • Develop product manuals, how-to-guides, website help sections, journal articles, and other content that distills technical information with ease and clarity.
  • Initiate ideas for content, evaluate current content, and develop innovative approaches for improvement and workflow solutions.
  • Gather information, formatting information according to the company’s policies and approval
  • Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
  • Review products, services, and/or business ideas.
  • Analyze information required for the development or update of policy, procedure and form documentation.
  • Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team for publication.
  • Attend meetings identifying opportunities for proposal writing
  • Editing and revising proposals according to feedback
  • Plan and prepare presentations/ demos of all applications
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain, customer satisfaction, increased market share and revenue growth
  • Identify and stay abreast of key industry trends while making and recommending corresponding adjustments to existing strategies for cutting edge service delivery
  • Meeting Proposal deadlines and negotiating sales contracts
  • Cultivate positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and exceed goals
  • Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
