Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop Account Strategies to grow and bring on new business
- Develop an understanding of customers' business and processes and translate information into opportunities
- Work with large prospects and existing accounts to identify opportunities and propose solutions
- Manage sales pipeline to meet and exceed the annual budget for both revenue and gross profit goals
- Define clear strategies and schedules for achieving set targets
- Ensure prequalification of the Company with existing and potential customers, and government agencies to enable the company to be in a position to bid for projects within its sphere of capabilities
- Carry out risk identification, profit potential, and analysis for each business target
- Provide inputs to management based on market information to enable the Company to develop capabilities in areas that will give it strategic leverage for future projects.Gather and analyze market intelligence for new projects and opportunities.Follow and be a Champion of Company Policies.
- Attend industry events as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the organization
Requirements:
- Degree from a reputable institution
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
