● Lead the sales and customer success functions within the company 

● Set up and drive a framework for generating new business leads 

● Be responsible for driving commercial acquisition and retention efforts and targets 

● Maintain the business relationship with existing and potential customers / partners and be responsible for the conversion process 

● Work closely with the founders on programs, insights and opportunities to best develop future growth and further the success of the business 

● Support founders in driving enterprise level partnerships 

● Manage a team of associates and analysts within the business development team 


Required Qualifications 

● 3+ years of previous experience in business development role for products and services focused on SMEs, preferably in the technology space 

● Track record in moving business relationships through the pipeline 

● Experience leading field sales teams 

● Technically proficient to understand and promote Traction Apps’ product to customers
