- Identify and research potential business opportunities in target industries, markets, and geographic regions.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in target companies.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
- Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals, contracts, and partnerships.
- Track and report on sales metrics, performance indicators, and business development activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
