We are looking for a business development manager to develop and implement growth strategies for the achievement of revenue growth. The individual will help in researching and identifying new business opportunities.

Job Description/Requirements

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Perform comparative market analysis on contracts.
  • Analyze the territory’s market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, Agreement, proposal)o Coordinate business development effort with team members and other departments.
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties.
  • Promote sales through marketing, advertisements, and listing services.
  • Source for tenders published.

Requirements:

  • Proven 1 - 3 years work experience as a Business Development Executive
  • Minimum of first degree in any course.
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills Strong sales, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skill
  • Tactical and planning skills, be pleasant, trustworthy, and reliable
  • Ability to deliver expected results and work under pressure
  • Microsoft Office tools familiarity
