Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads and create opportunities for actual sales within aligned territory.
- Sell & deliver products to customers and ensure retainership.
- Target Achievement weekly, monthly, quarterly as given by management for specified territory.
- Distribute all the products of the company within a specified territory, via – Supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, bars, Lounge, Fast food outlets, etc.
- To conduct market intelligence and competitive watch.
- Drive customer business development and coverage expansion.
- To share reports daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly on sales, coverage.
- Assist to develop and maintain a good selling and service culture to maximize selling opportunities.
- Higher National Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
- No experience as a Business Development Executive is required but a minimum of 1 year in sales; preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in the use of Android phones.
- Must have Sound Numeric, Communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- Territory Knowledge is an added advantage
