Business Development Executive

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will work closely with other company executives and management teams, meet with potential business partners and maintain existing client relationships and monitor market trends to come up with new business ventures.

Job Description/Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads and create opportunities for actual sales within aligned territory.
  • Sell & deliver products to customers and ensure retainership.
  • Target Achievement weekly, monthly, quarterly as given by management for specified territory.
  • Distribute all the products of the company within a specified territory, via – Supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, bars, Lounge, Fast food outlets, etc.
  • To conduct market intelligence and competitive watch.
  • Drive customer business development and coverage expansion.
  • To share reports daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly on sales, coverage.
  • ​Assist to develop and maintain a good selling and service culture to maximize selling opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Higher National Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
  • No experience as a Business Development Executive is required but a minimum of 1 year in sales; preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in the use of Android phones.
  • Must have Sound Numeric, Communication & Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Territory Knowledge is an added advantage
