Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Train and Coach the Sales Team.
- Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines
- Participate in sales events.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in educating both the client and business development team on all THL and subsidiary Products
- Handling all inquiries directed to the company line.
- Follow through on any client assigned to you or your team.
- Follow up on outstanding sales orders.
- Updating of activities on the CRM.
- Work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc.
- Respond to customers’ inquiries, questions, and requests for help regardless of the medium: email, chat, etc.
- Manage and communicate effectively via the telephone, email, and message center/discussion board.
- Keep accurate and organized records.
- Effectively review customers’ requests, inquiries, and complaints and proffer solution(s) to them – needed to ensure accurate and current content/assessment.
- Participate in staff meetings, hardware, software, and educational training sessions as scheduled.
- Attend meetings to close deals.
- Follow and develop Policies and procedures where necessary
- Feed future buying trends back to employers
- Upsell, Cross Sell Company products and services
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of an HND or equivalent in any discipline
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience in sales, interiors, or home essentials will be an added advantage
- Selling skills and the ability to influence people ·
- Strong relationship-building and management skills with the ability to build relationships with people in the industry ·
- Passionate and knowledgeable about company products ·
- Commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities by reviewing sales data
- The ambition to develop a great career in sales and to have the opportunity to take ownership of their own territory and make it a success ·
- Analytical skills and ability to translate complex sales reports into meaningful business knowledge
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
