Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture high-potential clients, including investors, corporate buyers, and individual homeowners.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, developers, and institutional clients.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, property exhibitions, and digital outreach strategies.
  • Prepare persuasive business proposals, pitch presentations, and investment packages tailored to potential clients.
  • Conduct site inspections and property presentations for clients, highlighting key selling points and investment benefits.
  • Track and report on KPIs, conversion rates, and business development performance to senior management.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including sales, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations within the real estate industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of property development, real estate investment, and market dynamics.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in delivering presentations and proposals.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and real estate marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth and innovation.
  • A proactive self-starter with high energy, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations, documentation, and compliance standards.
  • An existing network of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, or investors is a strong advantage.
