Job Description/Requirements


  • Finding new opportunities, researching leads, establishing relationships with potential clients.

  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.

  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Crafting short and long-term, actionable plans in consultation with the Directors.

  • Scrutinizing the market to elucidate clients' needs, competitors' activities, and promising avenues that have not yet been explored.

  • Conducting regular, in-depth analyses of our company's policies and processes to ascertain strengths and shortcomings.


  • Must have a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.

  • Great Networking skills with a broad network of contacts

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills: The applicant should be communicative, versatile, and strategic.

  • Neat, well-groomed appearance.

  • Extensive experience as a Business Development Consultant

  • Extensive Sales experience

  • Ability to lead: should be able to achieve targets and progression.
