Business Development Executive

Job Summary

Our client, a renowned fintech/cryptocurrency company is in need of Business development officers who will consistently source and develop new business opportunities as well as management and maintenance of mutually beneficial business relationships with customers

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of business/sales strategy plans
  • Conducting customer and market research and identifying the position of the company’s brand in the target market
  • Ensures that the assigned target is achieved during the period/year
  • Generate a qualitative monthly sales volume
  • Perform a cost-benefit analysis of potential customers.
  • Assess business growth opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Regularly source for new customers to further deepen the company customer base
  • Organize and participate in sales activations events to boost brand awareness and increase sales
  • Advise the management regularly on industry trends in terms of risk inclination and pricing
  • Ensures documentation and KYC processes  are in line with the company policy and properly recorded and updated on the CRM application
  • Attend to other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • B.Sc./HND or its equivalent in Marketing or relevant business degree
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in sales and business development
  • Relevant professional qualifications   
  • Note: Applicants must reside within Lagos Island and its environs.

Market Campaigning:

  • Build networks with key and relevant organizations to create a positive identification with the company brand
  • Develop appropriate marketing campaigns for the company’s products

Relationship Management:

  • Ensure customers and clients are satisfied with service delivery by serving them excellently
  • Ensure customers receivables/payments are monitored and collected promptly
  • Work with relevant department to ensure seamless flow of work
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate rates and quotes in line with approved guidelines by the company
