Key Responsibilities:
• Administration of Consultants Network,
• Marketing & Sales
• Management of Social media
• Prepare sales and marketing documentation
• Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Take prospective buyers for property viewings and inspections.
• Content development
• Prompt and detailed response to client and consultants Inquiries/requests
• Responding to telephone Inquiries promptly and professionally
• Scheduling inspections with clients with care consideration of location, time and availability.
• Financial Management
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification, BSc post NYSC
• 1-2 years experience in the same role but preferably in Real Estate.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• STRONG communication and marketing skills;
