To regularly get the company RFQs and POs.
Sourcing for jobs in the mid/upstream sector.
Tendering of bids from information gathering stage to submission.
To send our request for PFI from various manufacturers as required from offtakers.
Develop sales growth strategies; tactics and action plans required to achieve all the key objectives (financial, operational and customer satisfaction).
Partake in contractual and financial negotiations, where required.
Actively monitor market trends through clients and by attending industry functions (association events, seminars, conferences) thus recommending new products, services and marketing channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Identify forums, conferences and platforms to promote the company’s services such as Nipex, E-tenders, etc
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients.
Must have worked in similar capacity in a similar organization.
Business Development Skills in generating POs.
Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision.
Strong communication & work ethics.
Must possess a First degree, B.sc or HND.
Minimum of 4 years Business Development Experience in the Oil service sector.
Candidate must be youthful and preferably female.
