  • Develop opportunities in target markets with support of marketing
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Update all clients database and records in terms of documentation and information received
  • Manage office supplies and ensuring expenses are within the budgeted allocation
  • Develop budget recommendations for operating expenditures and/or capital outlay, personal services, equipment, and materials, and maintains revenue as high as possible
  • Promote business goals and objectives by ensuring compliance with the organizations' SOPs
  • Provide support to management to ensure the prompt resolution of the grievance and disciplinary
  • issues and engage the support of Human capital when required
  • First level university degree or equivalent; may have an advanced university degree
  • Minimum 4-5 years post-graduate work experience with at least 3 years in a similar role
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • IT experience would be an added advantage.
  • Must be resident in Asaba
