Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Female Business Development Executive to help drive our business growth. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with prospective clients, and contribute to long-term strategic goals. This role requires strong commercial awareness and passion for developing a market presence, particularly in the FMCG or Wine and Spirits sector.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop customized proposals and presentations to pitch to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts on business development activities and performance.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company’s brand and offerings.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to meet or exceed sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG or Wine and Spirits sector is highly desirable.
  • Candidates without direct experience in these sectors but with a strong interest and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.


Additional skills:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Prior experience in the FMCG or Wine and Spirits industries is a strong advantage.
  • Existing network within the retail, hospitality, or distribution sectors.
