Sales/Business Executives Job Overview
Be responsible for sales generation with existing customers and
developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
§ Managing time efficiently.
§ Liaising between customers and company to promote profitability.
§ Establish, maintain and expand customer base as well as report sales activities to the management.
§ To inspire team member’s work enthusiasm and work motivation.
§ Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets.
§ Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
§ Formulate and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.

§ Be responsible to communicate all new trends as experienced in the field to the management.
§ Liaising between customers and company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches
§ Establish, maintain and expand customer base as well as report sales/marketing activities to the management.
§ Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Marketing or any related field with at least two (2) years’ experience in real estate business.
§ Excellent communication as well as positive and confident marketing skills
§ Proven track of successful sales record
§ Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
§ Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
§ Pleasant and trustworthy
§ Experience in the real estate marketing will be an added advantage
§ MUST be able to actively work independently with minimal supervision
§ MUST be able to submit daily, weekly and monthly report to the management.
