Job Description/Requirements
- New Client Acquisition: Secure at least 5 new clients per month.
- Client Retention: Ensure a >95% quarterly retention rate of existing clients.
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain an average client satisfaction score above 90%.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a pipeline of 10+ qualified prospects at all times.
- Client Engagement: Conduct at least 20 meetings/calls per month with prospects and existing clients.
- Proposal Conversion: Achieve a conversion rate of 30%+ from proposals to signed contracts.
- Proven experience as a Business Development, Sales Executive, or similar role (experience in HR, outsourcing, or B2B services is a plus).
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and tact.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-based structure.
- 5% commission on every new client signed.
