As Business Development Executive, you will be part of a team that is passionate about growing the client base, satisfying client needs, and building a global brand. We are seeking a business development executive to provide exemplary business support in the identification, development, and management of the new business as well as the optimization of existing business. Our ideal candidate should be trusted to immediately apply initiative, skill, and innovativeness towards supporting and promoting new and existing business opportunities and relationships, providing effective feedback to stakeholders, and sustaining our Firm's position in the legal industry.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support the team to generate new leads, and identify and refer clients to the Firm.
- Recommend growth strategies, optimization plans, and cost/loss reduction initiatives for the Firm.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of strategic planning and management goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and drivers
- Develop proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Undertake other duties commensurate with this position, as designated by the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent. A certification in a digital marketing course will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience in similar/relevant roles in the legal or in any related industry.
- Experience with the development and implementation of business development strategy
- Commercially skilled in engaging customers, and internal and external stakeholders; building strong and trusted networks.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Remuneration:
- Based on commission (negotiable) from clients brought into the firm.
- An additional Monthly Stipend: NGN 20,000 stipend will be paid to successful applicants.
