Job Summary

Digital Communications Konsult (DCK) Nig. Ltd is an Information Technology Solutions Company of over two decades in Nigeria, providing ICT services to Small to Medium and Enterprise companies across Nigeria. To expand our Business Operations we are recruiting for the position of Business Development Executive.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage prospective customers/clients as may be assigned.
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation, in accordance with the company’s standard procedure.
  • Onboard SME and Enterprise clients.
  • Manage and maintain sales pipelines and ensure all sales administration is up to date.
  • Develop new business relationships.
  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solutions pitch; negotiation and deals closure.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints speedily to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare sales and other reports as may be required.
  • Participate in strategy reviews, strategy development, and the implementation thereof.



Requirements:

  • HND/B.Sc in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of IT sales experience
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong drive, motivation, and acute attention to detail.
  • High level of initiative.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
