Job Summary

We are looking for a sales executive to manage clients’ enquiries, complaints, and requests while ensuring prompt resolution (Group-wide). Proactively and reactively cross-sell the Group’s products.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Sales to walk-in Customers, Sales to online customers, customer support and store support
  • Online/social media sales skills, very good communication skills, presentable.
  • Teachable. Arranging both internal and external events
  • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
  • Providing administrative support to Senior Management
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Winning and maintaining customer loyalty
  • After-sales customer engagement
  • Booking customer maintenance appointment
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs

Job Requirement:

  • 2- 5 years of experience
  • BSc or HND level of education
  • Any Canvas, social media ad certification, sales training will be nice
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Previous knowledge about electrical systems and lamp is an added advantage,
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Age/gender preference: Female preferred but no problem with a male. 22 to 30 years
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
