Job Summary
Lonadek Global Services seeks to engage seasoned Business Development and Sales Professionals with extensive industry experience within the Energy, Power, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Mining, Oil, and Gas sectors, who will drive her business development and sales initiatives. The preferred candidate should have a strong background in developing businesses with emphasis on Engineering Technology, Asset Performance, Information Management, and Sustainability Consulting. Additional experience in the sales of products or services inclined towards Training, Human Capacity Building, and HR Consultancy/Outsourcing will be an added advantage.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic business development initiatives and partnerships that can significantly impact the Company’s revenue.
- Strategically monitor market, competitors, and operational factors to ensure that current market intelligence is available to support business decisions.
- Develop long-term business relationships with clients, through managing and exceeding customer expectations.
- Manage the end-to-end process of Bidding and Tendering for all industry-inclined projects and business opportunities.
- Build and sustain an efficient customer retention strategy to retain existing clients, ensure repeat business, and improve the Company’s clientele and business pipeline.
- Ensure the delivery of an efficient after-sales support strategy for both technical and non-technical products/service offerings.
Requirements:
- Educational background in Engineering, Technology, or allied discipline is required.
- An MBA or Advanced Degree in Business, Management, and Leadership would be an added advantage.
- Proven track record in driving business strategy and revenue generation initiatives through aggressive sales as a Technical Business Development/Sales Professional.
- Minimum of 10 years of business development and sales experience in a fast-paced sales or commercial environment with relevant technical expertise.
- Proven experience selling AVEVA, Bentley, Autodesk, or allied engineering software/technological solutions is required.
- Technical Manpower Supply/HR Outsourcing & Consultancy Service sales experience is also required.
- Relevant exposure within the Energy, Power, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Mining, Oil, and Gas sectors is required.
