Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and strategic business development assistant to help drive growth in the Nigerian market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, market analysis skills, and the ability to effectively assist in developing new customers and expanding business opportunities. We are hiring a Business Development Assistant (remote available)

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to drive market expansion and customer acquisition
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors and potential customers
- Assist in developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive sales opportunity conversion
- Support the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations and contract documents
- Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, exhibitions and conferences to expand brand influence
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities and report to management regularly
- Assist in budget management and tracking of business development expenditures
- Complete other business development-related tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
- Candidates with relevant industry experience or local market knowledge are preferred
- Working hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, standard working hours
