Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare, education, and human resource sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Proposal Development:
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Market and Industry Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Education: HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT solutions industry.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of software solutions for healthcare, education, and HR management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
