Business Developer

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare, education, and human resource sectors.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  

Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  

Proposal Development:

• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  

Market and Industry Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Education: HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT solutions industry.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of software solutions for healthcare, education, and HR management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
