We are looking to hire an experienced, suitable individual to fill the position of Business Development Manager (Sales) with specific focus on B2B (business to business) and B2C (business to consumer).

- Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
- Research and analyze sales options.
- Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities.
- Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities.
- Tracking expenses and maintaining the company budget.
- Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets.
- Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team.
- Responsible for new businesses.
- Increase the online subscriber base for the business
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field. A masters’ degree is an added advantage.
- Proven 5 years post-NYSC experience working as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- The ability to travel is needed.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 300,000
