Seamate Maritime Integrated Services Limited is an indigenous maritime company incorporated on the Ninth day of October 2007 with the intense focus on Maritime, HSSE and Oil and Gas services solutions. We are looking for experienced Business Administration Lead to join our team to manage our day to day administration tasks with less supervision.

  • Minimum Qualification:HND
  • Experience Level:Senior level
  • Experience Length:5 years

Job Description/Requirements

About the role;

  • This is a full-time permanent role to commence as soon as possible with a competitive salary. Standard business hours Monday- Friday 8.30am- 5.00pm based in our offices in Surulere. There are options for flexible working: Working from Home on some selected days in the week on successful completion of probation period.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the smooth running of all administrative processes across both businesses. Reporting to the management, supporting with below deliverables :

  • General administration duties
  • Customer focus: Sending and receiving of project  goods
  • Stock management and inventory management 
  • Customer service by phone and email
  • Service Coordination
  • Accounts Payable entry
  • Reception / front of desk services
  • Stationery ordering & maintenance
  • Travel bookings for management
  • Admin for the HR Manager (creating job offers etc)
  • Inductions of new staff and training
  • Supporting Management, Directors and Other staff
  • General administrative support and ad hoc duties
  • Being the go-to person in the office and adapting your day to fit with different schedules

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5  years in a comparable role 
  • Good communication skills- both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail able to arrange zoom and team meetings 
  • Presentable, approachable and engaging personality
  • Proven ability to take ownership and innovative actions 
  • Experience with World, Xsl and Powerpoint presentations 
  • Fast and accurate data entry skill
  • The preferred candidate would residence on the Mainland: Surulere, Yaba and Environ

Desired Skills and experience:

  • Your previous Office Administration experience coupled with your natural enthusiasm, drive and self-motivation, thinker and a good communicator with presentations skill set .
