Brand Manager (DTC & Digital)
Reports to:Head of Growth Marketing
Work Mode:Hybrid, Contract

Role Purpose:
Take full ownership of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecosystem across the website, WhatsApp, and social media platforms, driving excellence in customer experience and sustained revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily DTC operations including product listings, order processing, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns and foster community engagement.
- Oversee customer service, order fulfilment, and retention strategies to maximize satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as sales figures, engagement levels, and repeat purchase rates.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in EduTech, PR Consulting, E-commerce, social commerce, brand management, or related fields.
- Strong copywriting skills with proven experience in community management.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using dashboards and data analytics tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Growth in DTC sales revenue.
- Improved customer retention and satisfaction rates.
- Increased engagement and conversion rates across owned digital platforms.
