Job Description/Requirements

Responsicbilities:

  • Branding:
  • Develop and implement branding strategies that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences that inform branding efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate branding into product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and interactions, responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Content Writing and Creation:
  • Produce engaging and informative content for various platforms, including blogs, articles, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the E-commerce team to ensure content aligns with branding initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and relevance, incorporating SEO best practices where applicable.
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain high standards of quality and consistency in messaging.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in branding, and social media management.
  • Proven track record or portfolio of creating successful branding strategies and engaging social media campaigns.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
