Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide various beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, massages, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms.
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction during their spa experience.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations for a safe environment.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a spa or beauty salon.
- Proficient in a range of beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, and hair removal.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for beauty and wellness, with a dedication to high-quality service.
