a. From the proceeds of sales, set up and stock food items and all necessary supplies required for production and sales of all grilled food .
b. Cook, grill, handle & prepare food items to specified recipes in the highest quality standards using acceptable best practices in hygiene and safety procedures.
c. Keep the shop and all equipment used (whether edible or inedible) in a safe manner.
d. Deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly and courteous manner and further customer complaints and/concerns.
e. Manage daily operations of the business and carry out inventory control and attend to customer calls.
f. Keep a record book of all production & sales made, and remit to the Employer in an accurate & timely manner, all amounts generated from production and sales.
g. Incorporate all changes and / additions made by the Employer.
h. Abide by the Employer’s rules, policies.
j. Act in a professional manner at all times and ensure no equipment is damaged.
k. Any other duty in line with the business/employment as may be assigned by the Employer
