  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • 3 years work experience in the same role
  • Candidates must speak Hausa and English Fluently
  • Candidates must be based in Abuja or must be willing to relocate
  • Basic understanding of call center operations is compulsory
  • Ability to resolve complaints and make entries on the system for transactions.
  • Candidates must be articulate, smart, and comfortable with technology
  • The candidate must be ready to provide continuous support.
  • Reporting all issues of concerning with the Centre Manager
  • Display strong customer service skills

Location:  Abuja

Job Type: 6 Month Contract (Renewable)

Salary Range: NGN 80,000 - 120,000
