- 3 years work experience in the same role
- Candidates must speak Hausa and English Fluently
- Candidates must be based in Abuja or must be willing to relocate
- Basic understanding of call center operations is compulsory
- Ability to resolve complaints and make entries on the system for transactions.
- Candidates must be articulate, smart, and comfortable with technology
- The candidate must be ready to provide continuous support.
- Reporting all issues of concerning with the Centre Manager
- Display strong customer service skills
