Job Description/Requirements
Baker responsibilities and duties
· Mixing, preparing and baking bread and pastries.
· Crafting and creating new and exciting baked goods.
· Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time for opening.
· Ensure production processes run reliably and efficiently.
· Planning and organizing production schedules timely.
· Deliver finished products to the shelves for Manager and Coordinating Manager’s count
· Assess production project and resource requirements for accomplishments.
· Oversee production process uninterrupted.
· Any other assignment as may be given from time to time.
