We are looking to hire a B2B Growth Marketing Manager (Kenya) who is result and data driven and has the capacity to promote growth to the next level.

- Experience Length:2 years
- Own & execute the entire online customer acquisition funnel
- Be responsible for CAC and Sales Qualified lead generation
- Develop, execute, and scale campaigns on different channels
- Experiment and implement new growth strategies to uncover hidden opportunities and to optimize customer acquisition and retention
- Work closely with our other teams to build the digital flows (implement marketing automation tools, NPS tracking, email sequencing etc.)
- Build analytics dashboards for reporting
- 2 to 5 years of experience with acquiring and pushing leads down the sales funnel
- B2B SaaS/Fintech experience is a must
- An entrepreneurial flare, an overachiever who enjoys startup challenges and digital growth
- Fluent in data analysis and data processing tools like analytics tools, data visualization tools, A/B testing tools, Excel, etc.
- Ability to analyze customer behavior data accurately.
- A deep understanding of various customer acquisition channels, e.g., organic, paid, SEO, referrals etc.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- A good grasp of customer behavior and how to walk a customer through the buyer’s journey
- Be located with a 3-hour window of GST time-zone
