B2B Cold Outreach Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and implement highly targeted cold outreach campaigns to identify and engage potential business clients.
• Use automation and AI tools to build personalized and scalable email sequences.
• Continuously test, monitor, and optimize outreach campaigns to improve conversion and engagement metrics.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and goals.
• Maintain and update lead data using CRM and outreach management platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a related role.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B cold outreach, lead generation, or business development, with a focus on automation tools.
• Strong command of AI-powered outreach software and CRM platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, professional email sequences.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make improvements based on performance insights.
• Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
