Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Program Associate to join our fintech firm. The Program Associate will be responsible for maintaining software infrastructure, including fixing bugs, addressing tech-related complaints, liaising with software vendors, and supporting SEO analytics, website updates, and maintenance tasks.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Technical Support and Issue Resolution:
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by users or detected through monitoring systems related to software infrastructure.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to internal teams and external clients regarding software functionality, bugs, and usability concerns.
Vendor Management and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary liaison with software vendors, managing relationships and ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues and enhancement requests related to infrastructure.
- Coordinate software updates, patches, and new releases with vendors to maintain infrastructure integrity and improve functionality.
SEO Analytics and Website Maintenance:
- Assist with SEO analytics efforts, monitoring website performance metrics, and implementing SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings related to software infrastructure.
- Support website updates and maintenance tasks specific to infrastructure components, including content management, site optimization, and troubleshooting website issues.
Bug Fixing and Testing:
- Conduct thorough testing of software infrastructure components to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Document bug reports, resolutions, and software configurations to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference and improvements.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure teams, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to prioritize and address infrastructure maintenance needs effectively.
- Communicate technical information and updates clearly and concisely to internal teams and external clients related to software infrastructure and backend support
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support, infrastructure maintenance, or related roles within the fintech or technology industry.
- Strong technical proficiency with experience in software bug fixing, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution related to infrastructure components.
- Familiarity with SEO analytics tools, website content management systems (CMS), and backend technologies such as databases (SQL, NoSQL), APIs, and server configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues in software infrastructure.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders and convey technical information.
