Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and programmes end-to-end
- Develop training content and deliver it to high-caliber audiences
- Drive project-led researches that advocate for new policies or approaches
- Develop content for newsletters, position papers, and proposals
- Drive advocacy initiatives
- Manage external stakeholders
Key Competencies:
- Effective managerial and supervisory skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong listening and public speaking skills
- Advanced research and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong people/interpersonal skills.
Other requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Art or Social Sciences
- 3-5 years post NYSC experience as a program coordinator/analyst, researcher, or any other related position.
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000
