Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the COO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the COO.
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects and events.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a timely and efficient flow of information.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Perform administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and office management tasks.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders as required.
- Provide general support to the COO and other members of the executive team.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field
- 2 years experience
