Assistant Salon Manager

Responsibilities:

• Make sure all staff adhere to the policy and procedures of the salon.
• Ensure staff is dressed in the correct attire at all times.
• Ensure the cleaners do their duties i.e clean the toilet, wash and dry towels, clean the store regularly, etc.).
• Organize maintenance of salon equipment.
• Give out feedback forms to new customers and collate the forms.
• Schedule appointments as needed.
• Follow and know the latest trend to be ahead of styles.
• Ensure the camera is on at all times
• Report all staff grievances to General Manager
• Establish relationships with customers and know what they like or dislike.
• Maintain Orderliness in the store
• Maintain customer service excellence in the store
• Send expense reports on shop floats.
• Sending daily reports to the CEO.

Requirements:

• This position is open preferably to female candidates
• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Good communication skill
• Inter-personal relationship skills.

Remuneration: NGN 100,000
