Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring the smooth running of sales activities.
- Supervise sales team members, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Drive sales targets and develop strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Oversee stock management in collaboration with the inventory unit (stocking, re-ordering, and product movement).
- Ensure proper arrangement and presentation of products on display.
- Track daily sales records and prepare reports for management.
- Maintain discipline, staff punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales staff.
- Ensure the branch environment is always clean, organised, and customer-friendly.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a phone/gadgets store.
- Strong sales and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of smartphones, gadgets, accessories, and tech brands.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relations skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver results.
- Must be reliable, proactive, and well-presented.
