Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an effective and efficient electronic and hard copy filing system and when necessary, retrieve documents from the filing system.
- Manage the HR department's incoming and outgoing mail register.
- Coordinate Logistics for HR projects such as staff meetings, training, interviews, and staff orientation.
- Maintain a recruitment database and archive CVs
- Assist with sending invites to candidates, preparing the necessary documentation for interviews, conducting background checks, and coordinating pre-employment tests.
- Follow up with the Conveyors registration process
- Manage staff HMO, welfare benefits- Births, weddings, death, etc
- Process contract staff monthly timesheets
- Administer the leave tracker and follow up with leave approvals.
- Carry out HR clerical work such as photocopy and scanning of documents as well as sending to appropriate quarters and follow up to retrieve acknowledgment copies.
- Carry out attendance analysis for the headquarters and region and generate a weekly report.
- Process renewal of Group Life Assurance, NSITF, Health Insurance, and Fidelity Insurance.
- Monitor the ID card and call card production process.
- Any other task as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field
- 2 years experience in a similar role
