Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate daily business operations, ensuring shifts run smoothly and efficiently.
- Staff Management: Lead and develop hourly staff, monitor performance, manage scheduling and assist in hiring and training new employees.
- Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, striving to resolve issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and business plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Financial Oversight: Support budgeting and financial planning, monitor expenses and control costs to ensure profitability.
