Assistant General Manager
Job Summary
It will be your job to aid the general manager in coordinating, directing and planning everyday business operations. You’ll help create weekly schedules, ensure shifts go smoothly, manage daily operations and help with human resources as necessary.

Job Description/Requirements
The Assistant general manager will be responsible for:
* Calculating cost estimates,
* Preparing budgets and schedules;
* Selecting appropriate construction methods for the job and budget;
* Preparing and explaining contracts and technical information to employees;
* Supervising construction personnel and activities onsite;
* Developing work-arounds for delays and other problems;
* Hiring and training workers and subcontractors,
* As well as making sure the project meets all building and safety codes.
