Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- You will work with the rest of the management team to oversee the day day-to-day running of the business
- Develop and execute a marketing plan that will expand the business.
- Cooperating with the rest of the management team, and assisting with anything from business development to staff management.
- Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
- Delegating daily tasks.
- Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
- Supervising staff and controlling merchandise.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
- Setting a good example for staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of BSc degree in a relevant field
- At least 6 years of a working experience in a similar role
- The ideal candidate must be experienced in managing a laundry and dry cleaning firm
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good observation skills.
