Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily business operations to ensure smooth workflows.
- Serve as the face of the business by attending and leading meetings, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Track, analyze, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance, amongst others.
Requirements:
- Residency in or around Ikeja, Lagos.
- Willingness to report to the office daily and attend in-person meetings as required.
- HND, Bachelors degree in any field.
- Proven experience in business coordination or a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of performance reporting, data analysis, and metric creation.
- Confident, professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and highly organized, with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using tools/software for performance tracking and reporting (e.g., Excel, CRM systems, or business intelligence tools).
- 3-5 years professional work experience as a supervisor or manager.
