Agent Growth Manager

Job Summary

The Agent Growth Manager's responsibilities include coordination and acquisition of customers through the agent network. He is responsible for daily growth in customer acquisition and service support from the agent touchpoints. He is also responsible for the synergy between consumer services and agent networks as a channel of service. This role plays an important part in our mass-market customer acquisition and retention drive. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for building customer acquiring and service delivery points at the agent point.

  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements


  • Building processes of acquiring mass-market customers using agent network 
  • Building processes of customer support at agent touchpoint
  • Develop support synergy between LGA sales forces and agency network touchpoint
  • Grow liability and funding of accounts using agency channel
  • Work with agents in customer acquisition and supports
  • Work with agents on customer channel onboarding
  • Work with salesforce, agent network, and branches on products uptakes and retention


  • At least 5 years proven experience in agency banking business or direct sales agent
  • Experience with financial products and services
  • Familiarity with fees generating products and services
  • Industry or competitors  awareness of e-banking products
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
