SafeBoxx Technologies Ltd is a Fintech that digitiszes the traditional banking model by digitizing the way businesses and individuals make savings. The agent collector will be responsible for customer on-boarding, account creation, account management, account reconciliation and migration.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- On-Boarding: the agent will be responsible for new customers' on-boarding
- Account Creation: The customers' account opening on safeboxx systems will be done by the agent collectors
- Customers Management: The agent collectors will address all customers' complaints and address the appropriately and/or forward them to the right channel for a satisfactory resolution.
- Account reconciliation: The customer transactions shall be conducted transparently in a manner that is satisfactory to the customer.
- Account Migration: The agent collector is responsible for migrating the customers' transactions from traditional to modern models in line with Safeboxx policies.
