We are looking to hire a suitable candidate for the position of Administrative Officer to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Your duties include providing integral support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence
- Organizing and scheduling tasks with admin software
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain contact/client lists
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.
- Minimum academic qualification of an OND. Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and organize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
