Job Summary
The Administrator will be in charge of daily support for the operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. He/she will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments. The administrator will perform clerical duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently. He/she will be responsible for carrying out all administrative duties in a professional manner.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons
- Organize and supervise other office activities
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
Requirements:
- Either an HND or BSc in Business Administration or Human resources
- Must have 3 - 5 years of working experience as an admin
- Must reside in portharcourt
- Experience in using CRM and Microsoft software.
- Excellent verbal and good communication skills
- Knowledge of all HR functions and practices
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Must be able to multitask.
